2007-2008 FEE SCHEDULE AND REFUND POLICY |

Mail any request for a refund in writing to the Band Booster Treasurer. Include the reason for the refund and an address to mail the refund. Please DO NOT CONTACT the Band Directors about a refund of band fees. Requests for refunds will be reviewed and approved by at least two people from the Executive Board and the Uniform Coordinator before a refund payment is made. There will be no refund of the Fall Fee if a student drops band after the 5th day of class. All pieces of the uniform must be returned in a bag labeled with the student's name and given to Mr. Donner in his office, or to the Uniform Coordinator. Any questions about the uniform, please contact the band directors. No refunds are paid until the end of the first trimester. No refunds are paid on orders of personalized items.
