All background checks and renewals can now be done online.  

All volunteers are required to complete a background check and/or renewal.

1.  In order to access the online program, click here;

2.  Then click on the button that reads "New Volunteers - Click Here to Get Started!"

3.  Follow the directions to fill out your background check. 

If you have previously submitted a paper form and received a User ID and Password,

you can check to see when your background check expires. 

1.  Click here to go to the VIPS sign-in page. 

2.  Type in your User ID and Password and click on "Submit". 

3.  Select a campus and click on "Continue".

4.  Click on "Edit My Information" located below your name.

5.  Located near the bottom of the posted information, you will see your Background Expiration Date.
