A very special message -
Dear
Band Parents:
The following letter was sent to Mr. Donner on Friday from Trinity Football Coach Chris Jensen. Coach Jensen, who serves as the team’s offensive coordinator, and his family attended Thursday night’s Holiday Concert and he took a few minutes to recognize the band not only for their work during the concert but for their support throughout the season. We are indeed fortunate to have such a positive relationship with other Trinity staff members who recognize the hard work put in by the band during the marching season.

I
really enjoyed your performance last night, and so did my daughters (my 2 year
old did not quite understand that we only clap between
songs).
As
a coach, I especially admire the discipline, commitment, sacrifice, and
dedication that you and your band members demonstrate throughout the entire
year. You have no "off-season"
to really re-group, and your efforts should be commended.
Also,
I want to humbly thank the TRINITY TROJAN MARCHING BAND for being
the HEARTBEAT of our special football season. In the past, I have
coached from the press box, but this year I needed to be on the sidelines
during games, so I truly felt the power
of our band flowing through our players and coaches.
I
hope you all have a wonderful holiday season. You deserve a break!
